Kinesis is an innovation training concept which focuses on movement through balance, flexibility and strength. Designed for freedom it offers unrestricted movement in any direction. Training with kinesis is a unique experience and will inspire and stimulate you to condition your body; it will improve your effciency and effectiveness in daily life, occupation and sports.
Kinisis Small Group Training is a semi-private training class with one trainer and six customers per session. This training model has the following characteristics:
- The trainer can focus attention on just six customers.
- The sessions are short (45 minutes) because of the efficient work-out of the total body exercises.
- The functional training shifts the focus from muscles to movements.
- Sessions progress from session to session helping with motivation.
- A versatile and effective workout.
- A stimulating environment that allows you to train and socialise.
